NZ Louvres are on the hunt for a commercially savvy individual to join our client’s team as an Accounts & Financial Control Assistant. Reporting through to the CFO, you’ll be responsible for a range of tasks within the accounts and administration team.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Managing accounts receivable & payable functions
- Processing bank account reconciliations
- Analysing financial information
- Project & management reporting
- Handling client & supplier queries and requests

An accounting background would be advantageous, but the role could also suit a seasoned, skilled accounts administrator. You need to have great communication skills and a “does-do” approach. Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
This role will suit someone with a proactive mind-set and comfortable in managing a changing workload throughout the month.
